Dear Colleague,

Remember when we all learned that people were choosing “experiences” over “things”? That was a concept B. Joseph Pine II helped put on the map when he co-wrote The Experience Economy many years ago.

This year Pine released a new book: The Transformation Economy! In it, he makes a strong case for moving from an Experience Economy to a Transformation Economy, and our wellness world is perfectly positioned to not just embrace this concept, but to lead it.

I reached out to Pine and asked him to address the delegates at our upcoming Global Wellness Summit in Phuket. While he has a prior engagement on those exact dates, we are doing the next best thing. He and I are meeting in New York in a couple of weeks where I will interview him. I’m interested in his advice to us in the wellness, medical and longevity arenas.

I have the questions. Pine has the answers. The answers we need right now.

Read more about him here.

Buy the book or listen to the audio.

And come join me in Phuket, where we’ll discuss what the Transformation Economy means for our industry and how embracing it can create new opportunities for business now.

Warm regards,
